This may sound weird to some people but about 5 or so years ago, I dreamed of having to wear a pair of glasses thinking it was cool. It was more so intended to be a fashion statement than anything but now that I'm 27 (28 in a week) years old, I'm actually forced to get one because my vision gets blurry when driving during the night. I found myself having a hard time driving especially during foggy and rainy days. I scheduled an appointment today to get my eyes looked at and found out that I'm a near sighted--not a surprise however. The cost is not cheap and having an extra "medical" cost is not cool after all. I purchased the optional anti-glare coating along with other things which basically came out as a package, and not to mention the cost of the frame itself. Luckily, my insurance paid for half of the cost which makes it not bad, but still. The only thing that I'm looking forward to having to wear the pair of glasses that I picked, which was a Georgio Armani. It's very contemporary looking and sharp. The only thing is, wearing it would only be beneficial to me during driving since it's unnecessary for everything else since I can see just fine. I'm looking forward to it since I hate driving during the night right now.
